Returns

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not qualify for return.

Return Process

  3. Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.

Refunds

  • Refund is initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned after 5 days

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
